Beavers tie a bow on 2025-26 at HCAC

RICHMOND, Ky. - The Bluffton University men's golf team capped off the 2025-26 campaign with its best round of the weekend, a 312 at Boone's Trace National Golf Club on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Bluffton finished 7th with a 54-hole score of 954 at the 2025-26 Heartland Conference Championships.

Aaron Gerber (Vermilion) garnered a top 10 finish (8th) in the field of 45 with a 225 for the weekend which places him 2nd all-time at Bluffton. His 77 was just one tick back from fellow sophomore Drake Sommer (Montpelier) who led the Beavers with a 76 on day three. Sommer finished the tourney with a 243.

Junior Carson Brubaker (Shelby) shot a 77 on Sunday, giving him a 242 for 54 holes. Sophomore Jack Wyant (Mansfield/Lexington) and senior Noah Macke (Columbus Grove) wrapped up the season with three-day scores of 253 and 261, respectively.

Bluffton will bid adieu to Noah Macke after the team celebrated his graduation at the tournament!
