BEAVERDAM, Ohio - The Bluffton Univerity women's golf team hit the home links with confidence on Good Friday, April 3, as the Beavers shot a season-best 342 in round one!
Hope Manning (South Charleston/Southeastern) led the way with an 81. Sophomore Keylee Goerss (Hamilton/Talawanda) and junior Gabby Green (Beavercreek/Carroll) were nipping at Manning's heels with rounds of 84 and 86, respectively. Sophomore Kendall Van Horn (Wharton/Upper Sandusky) and junior Alyssa Begoon (New Madison/Tri-Village) shot 91 and 95, respectivley, while senior Elizabeth Crites (Findlay) finished with a 156.
Bluffton will be back at Hidden Creek for the final 18 holes of the annual Polar Beaver on Saturday, April 4. The shotgun start is slated for 9:30 a.m.
