Beavers shoot a 379 at Snowball's Chance

TIFFIN, Ohio - The Bluffton University women's golf team shaved one stroke off its Sunday score with a 379 at Mohawk Golf Club on a windy Monday, March 30. 

Sophomore Keylee Goerss (Hamilton/Talawanda) led the Beavers with an 89 on day two. Junior Hope Manning (South Charleston/Southeastern) was two strokes back with a 91. Gabby Green (Beavercreek/Carroll) kept pace with a 93 on Monday.

Junior Alyssa Begoon (New Madison, Ohio / Tri-Village) and sophomore Kendall Van Horn (Wharton, Ohio / Upper Sandusky) went 106 and 107, respectively, while Elizabeth Crites (Findlay) carded a 158 at Snowball's Chance.

Bluffton will have a short week as it prepares for the Polar Beaver Invitational which tees of on Good Friday, April 3. Day one (9:30 a.m.) is slated for Hidden Creek with the finale hosted by Colonial Golf Club (9:30 a.m.) outside of Lima.
