TECUMSEH, Mich. - The Bluffton Beavers women's golf squad would head out to Michigan to compete in the Irish Hills Intercollegiate against seven other teams. After one round of golf, the ladies will look to improve after finishing eighth with a score of 385.

Finishing the day tied for 26th were Gabby Green (Beavercreek/Carroll) and Hope Manning (South Charleston/Southeastern), who both rounded out with scores of 93 a piece. Keylee Goerss (Hamilton/Talawanda) would finish right behind them with a 95, followed up Alyssa Begoon (New Madison/Tri-Village) who closed out the scorecard with a 104. 

The Beavers will look to put this round in their rearview mirror as they will kick right back into action on Saturday, Sept. 13 as they tee off for day two of the Irish Hills Intercollegiate at 10 a.m.
