Bluffton drops 21 strokes on Monday at Allegheny

MEADVILLE, Penn. - The Bluffton University men's golf team shot a 324 at the Guy and Jeanne Kuhn Invitational on Monday, Sept. 23, 2024. For the weekend, Bluffton  finished 11th with a 669.

Equaling his career best with a 78 was Noah Macke (Columbus Grove) who finished the tournament with a 164. Freshman Jackson Eichler (Atwater/Waterloo) was two ticks back with a 166 for 36 holes. 

Jack Wyant (Mansfield/Lexington) and Carson Brubaker (Shelby), who knocked 10 strokes off his Sunday score, went 170 and 172, respectively. Drake Sommer (Montpelier) capped the Bluffton scoring with a 179 at the Country Club of Meadville.

Bluffton jumps right back into action at the MSJ Stateline Shootout on Saturday, Sept. 28, and Sunday, Sept. 29. It will take place at the Miami-Whitewater Forest Golf Course in Hamilton.
