Sed Harris is currently in his first season as the assistant men's basketball coach at Bluffton University.

Harris comes to Bluffton after a highly successful high school coaching career which included stints at Toledo St. John's, Oregon Cardinal Stritch and most recently at Toledo Emmanuel Christian. His overall record as a head coach was a sparkling 72-28 for a .720 winning percentage. Harris led Emmanuel to a 2024 OHSAA district championship after guiding Cardinal Stritch to a 2023 OHSAA district championship. Following those two regional berths, Harris was named the Division III Toledo Blade Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2024!

During his time at the high school level, Harris coached a league player of the year, a district player of the year and four all-state honorees. He has also directed 12 players who went on to play basketball collegiately.

In addition, Harris was the athletic director at Emmanuel Christian where he managed all aspects of the athletic operations for grades K-12.

Harris resides in Toledo with his amazing wife, Michelle, and their four children: Asa (boy) Azeen (girl) Alaina (girl) and Azael (boy).
